Yet Another Delay

On our way to the hospital this morning to pick up Zachary, the doctors called us and told us discharge had to wait.

Apparently Zach lost 10 grams yesterday and they want to hold him till he gains something. This was so incredibly frustrating for us. Yesterday he didn't eat well after his eye exam, and we think that is why he lost a tiny bit of weight.

We are negotiating with the doctors to reweigh him tonight instead of tomorrow and let him come home if he gains a few grams today. He seems very sleepy today though so we aren't sure he will gain by this evening.

Hopefully he will be home by this time tomorrow...
